They say business isn’t personal, but in my case it is...in the best way possible. My name’s Laurie Russell and this is the part where we get to know each other a bit better. I’m a professional Graphic Designer from the Pacific Northwest. I’ve worked with a variety of clients, from large companies, to small startups, to individuals and small businesses - in many industries - over the past 15 years.

I love being able to help someone overcome their fear of failure or thinking that they’re not creative… I believe that everyone has something in them, some spark of creativity, that they can tap into. You may just need a little help getting started - a blank paper or computer screen can be intimidating! I have a bunch of new tutorials and courses in the works to share my love of art and illustration with you.

I've got GOOD NEWS for you! I started this business so that I could help aspiring artists explore their creative side, express their ideas through art and unlock their true potential. Our supportive community is a judgement-free place where you can learn and grow in your artistic skills and share your journey with other artists. As you watch the tutorials and courses, you'll build confidence in your own artistic abilities, break through creative blocks and reignite your imagination.

This is why my motto is "I help ideas take flight!"

At this time, I’m not working one-on-one with clients, because I’m focusing on empowering Creators to make their own digital art and designs, and actually have fun doing it!

Meet Cooper - the cutest assistant ever!

You know what they say, right? Behind every great woman is…

...an adorable puppy! But seriously, I could NOT get through my days without this little guy. Cooper is a Cairn Terrier with energy for days and kisses to spare. When he’s not in the front window keeping tabs on the neighborhood, he’s usually curled up on the couch in my office.

I'm born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and I still live here and love it! Although...I'm nearly always cold, so I adore the 2 months of "real" summer we get here in Western Washington.

I'm SUPER organized and I love finding/trying new hacks for our house. My husband is very understanding!

I took dancing and singing lessons from a young age, and I've done a lot of community theatre...

...that's actually where I met my husband!
