Here are my best tips: Make sure your device and browser are up-to-date Try the download on a different device and/or browser if possible Copy the download link and paste it into a new browser tab Save the download to local/cloud storage and then open it in your app Restart your device(s) and try again (make sure to leave it OFF for a full minute before turning back on) NOTE: I use Dropbox for many of my large files and some sizes/file types can't be previewed in a browser. They should still work once downloaded to your device. If you can't download from Dropbox at all, try forwarding the email to a generic one like Gmail or Hotmail and see if it works. If you've tried all of these and are still having problems, please email me HERE and I'll do my best to assist you.
